Returns & refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, Aquifer Pure offers a 14-day return and refund policy on eligible items. Please review the full policy below to understand how to initiate a return and what conditions apply.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

    • It must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Note: Products that show signs of use, installation, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Used or opened filters, cartridges, or consumables

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page

  • Custom or specially ordered items

  • Products outside the 14-day return window

Return Process

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at info@aquiferpure.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. Approval & Instructions
    Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Shipping the Item

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, our 14-day return policy applies.
